Arigato gozaimasu Patimban

This April is the last month I worked with Patimban. A lot memory happen from beginning it was a sea the continue to build couseway. Piling at couseway form one pier to ther pier, test pile PDA test and PIT and also start excavation.  Also don't forget to drilling test in bagan at sea.  In Patimban I meet 3 japanese people Atsutsi Kawamura, besso and Tishiko Nishio 

1. Drilling at sea 

Began in April 2021 and ended at June 2021. Firstly we place bagan at sea according the coordinate. then continue mobilize the drilling machine. A lot problem happen like like sea tide,  difficult to move drilling machine from one bagan to other bagan, machine broken and a lot more. From Abutment one to pier 24 about 1 km.





2. Ramp ON Ramp OFF
We built a road in swampy area about 500 m from existing road which built with pile slab in Packet 4.  First install bamboo deep about 5 m then continue with matras bamboo then geotextile next embakment about 1 - 3 m. 





 3. PDA test and PIT test 
For measure capacity of pile we use PDA for test. Also for broken pile we used PIT. 




4. Pile 
We use diameter 60 cm with depth around 37-44 m. Using hammer machine. 




5. Static Loading Test 
By loading time to time until settlement achieve.





 
6. Excavation 
We make excavation from pier 1 to pier 24. Without design only experience from contractor 




7 .  Braced Frame 

#bracedframe is a structural system commonly used in structures subject to lateral loads such as wind and seismic pressure. The members in a braced frame are generally made of structural steel, which can work effectively both in tension and compression.
The beams and columns that form the frame carry vertical loads, and the bracing system carries the lateral loads. The positioning of braces, however, can be problematic as they can interfere with the design of the façade and the position of openings. Buildings adopting high-tech or post-modernist styles have responded to this by expressing bracing as an internal or external design feature.
