Public speaking in English

 Many engineer sometime can explain what they want. His intelligent can not show because lack of speaking well. Sometime they not believe himself and afraid to talk.  Its really painful to project because lack good talk also bad in report. It can develop by lot of read and speak to friend and learn a publics speaking in front of audience. 

Some engineering also believe bahasa is the best solution but we know a lot standard using english. We can understand better also develop our knowledge. Also a lot standard using japanese also. And usually they speak with their language. 

Also engineer must simplify so can understand by common people. One method using is public speaking so we can speak well and audience can understand also eventhough not from technic person.
